摘要:
在热重分析天平上进行了O2/CO2气氛下石灰石的煅烧和烧结实验,用氮气吸附仪测定了石灰石煅烧产物CaO的孔结构特性,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对CaO的晶粒尺寸进行了测量.结果表明:空气气氛下煅烧所得CaO的比表面积较O2/CO2气氛下煅烧所得CaO的大,随温度的升高CaO的比表面积呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,在1 000 ℃附近达到最大; 石灰石煅烧产物CaO的比表面积和晶粒度具有很好的相关性,得到CaO晶粒尺寸与比表面积关系; 随晶粒尺寸的增加,比表面积减小,烧结对煅烧产物CaO孔结构的影响是通过影响其晶粒大小来实现的.
Abstract:
Calcination and sintering experiments of limestone under O2/CO2 atmosphere were carried out by the thermogravimetric analysis method.The specific surface area of CaO calcined was measured by N2 adsorption method. The grain size of CaO calcined was determined by XRD(X-ray diffraction)analysis. It is shown that the specific surface area of CaO calcined in O2/CO2 atmosphere is less than that of CaO calcined in air at the same temperature. The specific surface area of CaO calcined in O2/CO2 atmosphere increases initially with temperature, and then declines as temperature exceeds 1 000 ℃. The peaks of the specific surface area appear at 1 000 ℃. The specific surface area decreases with the increase in the grain size of CaO calcined. The correlation of the grain size with the specific surface area is obtained. Sintering has influence on the pore structure of CaO calcined by means of influencing the grain size of CaO.
