摘要:
通过沥青常规试验和SHRP性能分级试验,分析研究了橡胶粉粒径、类型、掺量和基质沥青类型等工艺参数对橡胶沥青性能指标的影响.研究表明,橡胶粉的加入可以显著改善沥青的高温性能、低温性能和抗老化性能等,橡胶沥青可达到PG82-28的技术要求.通过系列试验,发现货车胶粉优于小汽车胶粉; 20目胶粉优于40目及60目胶粉; 通过对不同掺量胶粉的研究,确定了18%的最佳掺量; 与90号基质沥青相比,70号基质沥青可使橡胶沥青高温性能更好,但低温性能略差.
Abstract:
Conventional binder tests and SHRP(strategic highway research program)performance grade tests were conducted to evaluate the effects of process parameters(including crumb rubber particle size, rubber source, rubber content and base asphalt source)on the performances of asphalt rubber. After a series of tests, some conclusions are drawn. With the introduction of crumb rubber, both high temperature and low temperature performances of the binder can be improved obviously, as well as fatigue resistance performance. Asphalt rubber can meet the requirements of PG82-28. Asphalt rubber using truck tire crumb rubber has better performances than that using car tire crumb rubber. Crumb rubber of 20 mesh is better than that of 40 mesh and 60 mesh. The optimum crumb rubber content is around 18%. Asphalt rubber using penetration 70 base asphalt has better high temperature performance than that using penetration 90 base asphalt, but its low temperature performance and fatigue resistance are not as good as asphalt rubber using penetration 90 asphalt.
