摘要:
为了客观评价公路平面交叉口的交通安全状况,提出了交叉口安全服务水平基本概念.分析了影响信号交叉口安全服务水平的因素,给出了信号交叉口安全服务水平评价方案.分别建立了基于机动车与机动车、机动车与非机动车、机动车与行人冲突点的安全服务水平主模型和基于交叉口几何特征、交通标志等次要影响因素修正模型,并由此得到信号交叉口安全服务水平总模型.根据多个信号交叉口的数据,把安全服务水平分为A~F等级,并验证了安全服务水平模型的合理性.应用安全服务水平模型评价实际交叉口的安全状况,得到交叉口危险度为11.7,安全服务水平为B级.评价结果表明该安全服务水平模型可以快速有效地评价信号交叉口的交通安全.
Abstract:
In order to objectively evaluate traffic safety performance at highway intersections, the concept of safety level of service for highway intersections is brought forward. The factors influencing safety level of service are analyzed and the procedure for developing the models of safety level of service for signalized intersections is presented. Based on the traffic conflict points between motor vehicles, motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle, and motor vehicle and pedestrian, basic model of safety level of service was developed, and according to minor influencing factors, such as intersectional geometrics and traffic signs, adjusted model was developed. Then overall model of safety level of service for signalized intersections was build. In terms of many signalized intersection data, safety level of service was divided into A-F levels, and reasonability of the model was validated. The models of safety level of service were applied to evaluate traffic safety of an actual intersection, getting risk index value of 11.7, and service safety level of grade B. Result shows that the models of safety level of service can effectively evaluate traffic safety for signalized intersections.
