摘要:
采用高温固相法制备了不同Eu2+离子含量的BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM)荧光粉,研究了Eu2+离子含量对BAM荧光粉热劣化的影响,及BAM荧光粉分别在空气中及Ar气中经不同温度及热处理工艺处理后的色坐标y值变化情况.结果发现热劣化后y值的漂移取决于热劣化温度,与Eu2+含量关系不大.当经温度为400 ℃附近的热劣化后,y值出现上升,而经600 ℃或更高温度劣化后,y值出现下降.非氧化性气氛中,热劣化导致的y值变化能通过热处理进行回复.BAM荧光粉在无氧的条件下也会发生热劣化现象,Eu2+离子晶体格位的迁移导致了y值的漂移,氧能明显加剧热劣化程度.
Abstract:
BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM)phosphor with different concentration of Eu2+ ions were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method. The dependence of thermal degradation of BAM phosphor on Eu2+ ions concentration was studied base on the shift of y-value after thermal treating under different temperatures in air and argon atmosphere.The shift of y-value after thermal degradation is not due to Eu2+ ions concentration but rather depends on thermal treating temperature.The y-value increases after baking at around 400 ℃ but decreases at 600 ℃ or higher temperatures.The thermal degradation is obviously aggravated in oxidative atmosphere.The shift of y-value is reversible when thermal treated in non-oxidative atmosphere.Thermal degradation of BAM can happen in non-oxidative atmosphere.It is considered that the mechanism of thermal degradation of BAM phosphor is firstly due to the migration of Eu2+ ions and then the effect of oxygen.
