摘要:
以各级道路按其间距均匀分布的方格状路网为研究对象,建立了一个基于建设费用和出行费用之和最小化的城市各级道路合理间距模型.各级道路的建设费用由前期费、工程费等组成,并与道路长度成正比,道路使用者的出行费用是出行速度的减函数,并与其时间价值系数成正比.模型参数包括出行强度、时间价值系数以及与各级道路相关的平均车速、出行比例和单位长度建设费等可以随时间、地点而变化,能反映不同城市不同发展阶段的具体特点.以上虞市为例进行了模型验证,计算结果与当地的实际情况较为吻合.
Abstract:
A model for reasonable spacing of different class of urban roads that minimizes the sum of construction costs and user travel costs is formulated for gird networks where each class of roads keeps its own spacing. The road construction costs of each class are composed of pre-construction fee, project fee, etc., and in proportion to road length, while the user travel costs are decreasing functions of travel speeds and in proportion to time value factor. The model parameters, including trip density, time value factor and the class-specified mean speed, trip proportion and construction cost per unit distance, can be obtained by some surveys and necessary calculation. The advantages of this model include direct physical meanings, simple calculation, and particularly time-varying and place-varying parameters, which can reflect the characteristics of different cities at different stages. The model has been validated in a case study of Shangyu City, and the results agree well with the local actuality.
