摘要:
针对永磁接触器合闸时控制单元的过渡过程远比操动机构的动作过程长的问题,提出了一种新的控制方法.通过引入针对储能电容电压的反馈-保持电路,利用反馈信号快速关断合闸主回路,来缩短控制单元的合闸过渡过程.在对合闸主电路的电路分析的基础上,进行数字仿真,给出合闸过程中储能电容电压和线圈电流与时间的非线性关系,得出关断合闸主回路的合理动作时间.最后,在开发的25 A永磁接触器样机基础上进行了不同相角下的合闸试验,试验结果与仿真结果一致,新方法所需的合闸电气过渡时间仅为原来的10%~15%,证明了该方法的正确性和有效性.
Abstract:
In making course of permanent magnet contactor, the transition process of control unit is much longer than the motion process of actuator. In order to overcome this drawback, a new control method by setting a feedback-holding circuit of energy storage capacitor voltage, which can turn off main circuit quickly, is proposed to shorten the transition making process. The digital simulation for making course has been carried out to obtain nonlinear relationships of capacitor voltage and coil current versus time and proper operating time based on circuit analysis of the main circuit. Experimental results of 25 A prototype making course at different making phase angles verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method which can reduce the circuit transition time to 10% to 15% of the previous one.
