摘要:
为了研究分布式光纤传感技术BOTDA在沥青混凝土铺装层裂缝监测中的应用可行性,进行了相关的室内以及现场试验.对埋设于环氧沥青试件中的光纤在车辆荷载和极限温度下的工作性能进行了研究; 采用BOTDA对铺装层裂缝监测进行了室内模拟; 在此基础上,将BOTDA应用到现场沥青路面的铺装层中,进行路面的温度、残余变形及裂缝监测.研究结果表明,埋设在铺装层内的光纤能够满足实际沥青铺装监测中的抗压性能要求和温度变化要求,紧套光纤比裸光纤更能适用于实际铺面的裂缝监测,并且将BOTDA应用到沥青铺装层裂缝监测中具有很高的精度和稳定性.
Abstract:
In order to research the feasibility and application of BOTDA(Brillouin optical time domain analysis)based sensing technique in practical asphalt concrete pavement crack monitoring, a series of related indoor and field experiments were carried out. First, the work performance of fiber-optical installed in epoxy asphalt specimen under vehicle load and at limit operation temperatures was researched. Then, the pavement crack monitoring simulating experiments in laboratory based on BOTDA were studied. On this basis, the BOTDA was applied for monitoring the practical pavement temperature field, residual deformation and cracking. The experiment results indicate that the optical-fiber installed in pavement can meet the requirement of compression performance and temperature change, the tight-buffered fiber-optical is more suitable in practical pavements than bare fiber-optical, and the BOTDA has high monitoring stability and accuracy in actual pavement monitoring.
