摘要:
在构建基于声发射的被动结构健康监测系统的基础上,采用铝板为实验材料,根据Lamb波在薄板材料中传播具有频散特性,计算出纵波速度和横波速度.采用LabVIEW软件记录初始信号和处理信号参数,通过LabVIEW和Matlab接口,由Matlab进行Morlet小波变换,通过等高线选择合理的能量频率,应用能量波峰来计算不同传感器接收到信号的时间延迟,使其能够用于结构损伤的精确定位.最后通过对GFRP和CFRP复合材料的监测验证了本系统的适用性.
Abstract:
The passive structural health monitoring system is built based on the theory of acoustic emission. Aluminum plates are taken as the experimental materials, and speeds of longitudinal waves and transversal waves are calculated according to dispersion properties of the Lamb wave which propagates in the thin plate materials. Initial signals are recorded and signal parameters are processed by LabVIEW software, Morlet wavelet transforms are performed by Matlab software through the interface between LabVIEW and Matlab. The reasonable power frequency is selected from contour lines. Energy wave crest are applied to calculate the time delay among different sensors so that positions of structural damages can be located accurately. The applicability of this structural health monitoring system is verified by monitoring two composites of GFRP(glass fiber reinforced polymer)and CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced polymer)at last.
