摘要:
通过静态吸附实验,研究了超高交联吸附树脂NKA和胺基化超高交联吸附树脂NDA-8对水溶液中对甲苯胺的吸附性能.结果表明:2种树脂吸附对甲苯胺均符合Freundlich等温吸附方程,NDA-8树脂表面叔氨基与对甲苯胺之间的氢键作用可有效强化吸附能力,在平衡浓度均为5 mmol/L的情况下,其吸附容量达到NKA的1.5~1.6倍.对甲苯胺在2种树脂上的吸附均为自发的放热过程,树脂的表面化学性质是影响树脂吸附性能的重要因素.对甲苯胺在2种树脂上的吸附容量随溶液pH值的升高而增加,溶液中无机盐的存在对树脂吸附影响较小.
Abstract:
The adsorption behavior of hypercrosslinked polymeric resin NKA and aminated hypercrosslinked polymeric resin NDA-8 for adsorpting p-methylaniline from aqueous solution was studied through static experiments. The empirical Freundlich equation was successfully employed to describe the adsorption process. Due to hydrogen-bonding interaction between the tertiary amino groups on the resin and the amino groups of p-methylaniline, the adsorption capacity towards p-methylaniline of NDA-8 is higher than that of NKA when the equilibrium concentration is 5 mmol/L. The results show that the adsorptions of p-methylaniline on the two resins are spontaneous exothermic processes and the tertiary amino group on the polymer plays a significant role in adsorption performance. Furthermore, the capacity of the two resins increases as solution pH increases and NaCl in solution has a negligible effect on p-methylaniline adsorption.
