摘要:
为充分验证国产环氧沥青混合料的低温施工性能、容留时间范围、强度发展规律及影响因素等主要特性,对其进行了低温压实及马歇尔试验研究.研究表明:国产环氧沥青混合料可在10℃低温条件下进行施工; 120℃容留温度条件下混合料的最长容留时间达70min; 在混合料达到最终强度前,其强度随养生时间的增加而增长,且养生温度是其强度增长的重要影响因素.最后,通过国产环氧沥青铺装混合料在国内某大跨径桥梁钢桥面上的应用情况对研究成果进行了工程验证,结果表明:国产环氧沥青混合料具有良好的低温施工性能及宽泛的容留时间范围,且其强度的发展主要取决于养生的时间及温度.
Abstract:
In order to define major characteristics of domestic epoxy asphalt mixture such as construction performance at low temperature, reserved time for mixture, strength increasing rule and factors of mixture, compaction tests in low temperature and Marshall tests were done. The results show that domestic epoxy asphalt mixture can be constructed at low temperature condition of 10℃. At reserved temperature 120℃, its longest reserved time is 70 min. And until the final strength is reached, the strength of domestic epoxy asphalt mixture increases with time and its strength increasing is mainly affected by temperature. Research results have been verified by the application of domestic epoxy asphalt mixture to a domestic long span bridge steel deck surfacing. It is shown that construction performance of domestic epoxy asphalt mixture at low temperature is good; its reserved time range is long and strength of domestic epoxy asphalt mixture increases with curing time and temperature.
