摘要:
为了解局部细节含细观缺陷结构在劣化初期的力学行为,建立了结构损伤在细、宏观尺度下的分析模型.基于均匀化方法和连续损伤力学框架,提出了一个可实现跨越细、宏观尺度结构损伤演化过程分析的均匀化算法.算例分析说明了所提出的结构损伤多尺度描述及其算法的可行性和必要性.研究结果表明:考虑结构中含细观缺陷部位的细观损伤描述和所建立的结构损伤多尺度算法,可对结构实现跨细、宏观尺度的应力、应变、损伤等力学量的同时获取,从而能够同时获得结构局部的细观损伤状态、演化过程及其对结构宏观应力应变响应与失效的影响.随着局部细观损伤的发展将导致构件整体力学性能的下降,这种考虑由于结构自身固有特点存在易损部位的结构损伤多尺度分析,对于正确认识结构的损伤失效行为是非常必要的.
Abstract:
A multi-scale modeling for structural damage and its arithmetic for analyses on structural deteriorating is developed in order to analyze the behavior that some parts of a structure containing meso-defects in the local details show nonlinear damage or local failure due to stress concentration while, mostly, parts of the structure remain elastic and linear behavior of responses on the initial stage of the structure deterioration. Damage modeling in both local details in meso-scale and global structure in macro-scale are established. A kind of homogenization arithmetic specially used for scale transition of damage evolution processes in multi-scale is proposed according to the continuum damage theory and homogenization method. Numerical results on the damage analyses for a welded component show the feasibility of the developed homogenization arithmetic as well as the necessity of the multi-scale analyses for damage behavior in the component and the influence on the structural response. The results show that the meso-damage evolution may lead to a decline in whole structural response; therefore, the multi-scale damage analyses considering the fragile details is essential to the study of the structural failure behavior.
