摘要:
为了解决混凝土构件实验中大刚体位移、低应变的变形特点使常用测量技术难以胜任实验测试要求的问题,采用提高数字图像相关法(DIC)形函数阶次和选择合适的相关函数以提高图像位移模式识别的精度; 结合DIC位移识别精度分析了刚体位移对变形分析的不利影响,根据双点位移识别转动角度和受力变形特点提出了刚体位移消除方法; 根据混凝土构件的力学变形特性提出了由位移场求解应变分布的方法,并进行了实测验证.数字模拟试验表明,改进后的数字图像相关法能很好地消除刚体位移的影响和提高测量分析精度,实测验证实验结果也能够很好地解释构件的受力变形分布特征.与目前常用的离散、接触式测量技术相比,针对混凝土构件实验特点进行改进后的数字图像相关法能够更好地适应工程实验测试的要求.
Abstract:
The common measurement technologies are not competent for experiment applications because of characteristics of concrete structure deformation, such as, large rigid displacement but small strain. In view of this, firstly, advancement of the order in shape-function and selection of appropriate correlation-function are adopted to improve pattern recognition for displacement in images. Secondly, considering the precision of displacement from DIC(digital image correlation), the influence of disadvantages from rigid displacement is analyzed. Based on angle identified with two point tracking and the property of deformation under loading, a method for eliminating rigid displacement is presented and verified with digital simulation. Lastly, according to the characteristics of deformation in concrete structures, a method used for calculation of strain distribution from displacements is presented. This method is also verified by real experiment. Digital simulation indicates that the improved DIC is competent for rigid displacement elimination and high-precision measurement. At the same time, actual measurement experiment can give reasonable explanation for loading-deformation relationship. Compared with scattering and contacting measurement techniques commonly used in civil engineering experiment, the presented DIC improved with concrete structure experiment characteristics is more suitable for engineering experiment test.
