摘要:
在定义行程时间可靠度的基础上,利用浮动车调查数据,得到不同时段路径行程时间可靠度; 然后建立了以行程时间可靠度为指标的城市区域控制系统运营效率的评价模型.该模型在武汉市区域控制系统评价中进行了应用研究,结果表明:区域交通控制系统运营后,早高峰、平峰和晚高峰3个时段路网行程时间可靠度显著提高,全日路径行程时间可靠性波动小于实施前,离散程度降低,城市交通系统的运行状态得到改善.相对于传统评价方法,所建模型灵敏度更高,适用性更强.
Abstract:
Firstly, the conception of travel time reliability is defined and the travel time reliability model is built. Then, the area traffic control evaluation model is established, which is based on the travel time reliability. Taking Wuhan ATC(area traffic control)as an example,the effect of this method is examined. The results indicate that, after ATC operating, the travel time reliability of morning and evening peak obviously enhances. The fluctuation of travel time reliability is smaller than before ATC operating, discreteness being reduced. The demonstration illustrates that the new method proposed in this paper is feasible and efficient.
