摘要:
将尼龙6纳米纤维作为固相萃取介质,联合高效液相色谱法检测南京市玄武湖水样中的邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DOP)等6种邻苯二甲酸酯,研究其含量及分布特征.检测结果表明,这6种邻苯二甲酸酯的质量浓度范围为861~2896μg/L,平均质量浓度为1368μg/L.在玄武湖的4个湖区中,东南湖受到的污染最严重,且每个湖区均呈现出湖中心区域较湖边区域污染严重的趋势.湖水中6种邻苯二甲酸酯普遍存在,且DBP和DEHP是主要污染物,占6种邻苯二甲酸酯总量的83.00%~94.65%.与国内外河流、湖泊相比,玄武湖水体中邻苯二甲酸酯的污染较严重,亟待治理.
Abstract:
The concentrations and distribution features of 6 phthalate esters(PAEs)in the samples collected from Xuanwu Lake, i.e. DMP(dimethyl phthalate), DEP(diethyl phthalate), BBP(butylbenzyl phthalate), DBP(di-n-butyl phthalate), DEHP(diethylhexyl phthalate), and DOP(di-n-octyl phthalate), are analyzed by nylon6 nanofibers mat-based solid-phase extraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography. The results show that the concentrations of the PAEs range from 861 to 2896μg/L, with an average concentration of 1368μg/L. The concentrations of the PAEs in the southeast lake are much higher than in the other parts of the lake. And the concentrations of the PAEs in the center of the lake are higher than those at the edge area. Among the six studied PAEs, DBP and DEHP are the main pollutants, which account for 83.00% to 94.65% of the total PAEs, respectively. Compared with other water bodies at home and aboard, Xuanwu Lake is heavily polluted. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the pollutant control.
