摘要:
为了揭示磁流变弹性体变刚度工作机理,并为制备磁流变弹性体提供理论依据和指导,以磁偶极子理论为基础,研究分析了磁偶极子在磁场中的受力特性及不同磁场下磁流变弹性体内磁性颗粒的分布情况,并考虑颗粒链化后耦合场的影响及吸附颗粒或短链的影响,提出磁流变弹性体主链吸附模型.在一定的假设条件下,从颗粒间的磁相互作用能出发,计算了磁流变弹性体的磁致剪切模量.计算结果表明,该模型计算所得的磁致剪切模量小于传统的单链模型,并能够反映各因素对磁流变弹性体磁致剪切模量的影响,其中颗粒体积比、磁场强度和剪切应变是影响磁致剪切模量变化的主要因素.
Abstract:
In order to reveal the variable stiffness working mechanism of magnetorheological elastomers, and provide theory basis and guidance for preparation of magnetorheological elastomers, the characteristics of magnetic dipole in magnetic field and the distribution of magnetic particles in the magnetorheological elastomers in different magnetic field were studied on the basis of magnetic dipole theory. The main chain adsorption model of magnetorheological elastomers is proposed in consideration of the coupled field effect of the particle in the main chains and adsorption granules or adsorption short chain. In certain assumptions, the magnetic shear modulus of magnetorheological elastomers can be calculated in accordance with the magnetic interaction between particles. The results show that the magnetic-induced shear modulus calculated by this model is less than the result from traditional single-chain model. The effect of various factors on magnetorheological elastomers magnetic-induced shear modulus can be reflected in the model, in which the volume ratio of particle, magnetic field strength and shear strain are the main influential factors.
