摘要:
为了解决网络环境下的中小企业业务协同问题,构建了基于软件服务模式(SaaS)的中小企业业务协同服务支撑平台.从架构层次出发,研究了支持中小企业业务服务构造与交付的基础架构模型,并研究了基于Portal的服务集成方法和基于SaaS服务互操作实现企业协同业务的方法.实际应用中,服务提供商可以将中小企业所需的业务系统构造成SaaS服务部署在公共平台; 采用基于Portal的服务集成方法可便于服务的发布与中小企业的租用; 在SaaS服务之间,采用了基于消息通知的业务驱动服务协调技术,通过服务互操作来实现企业业务环节中不同系统间的互操作.最后,通过纹织企业订单设计制造协同案例展示了研究思想的初步实现.
Abstract:
In order to address the business cooperation issues among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across the Internet, a SaaS(software as a service)-based business cooperation service platform for SMEs is constructed. From the architectural point of view, the basic architectural model for the construction and delivery of business services, as well as a portal-based integration method and a SaaS-based service interoperability model for the business cooperation, are investigated. In real practice, service providers can deploy the business services needed by SMEs on the platform. Meanwhile, the portal-based service integration mechanism facilitates the service publication and hire for SMEs. Among the SaaS services, message notification based service coordination techniques are used to obtain the interoperability of different systems during the business activities. Finally, a case study on business cooperative in textile industry is given to demonstrate the realization of the ideas.
