摘要:
为了改善双离合器式自动变速器汽车的换挡性能,综合考虑整车动力性、双离合器寿命和驾乘舒适性等因素,研究换挡过程中双离合器的协调控制.对整车换挡过程进行动力学建模与仿真,深入分析了寄生功率的产生机理,提出其解决方案.针对分离和接合离合器,采用模糊控制理论,以油门开度、离合器主从动盘角速度差及其变化率为输入,分离速度和接合速度为输出,设计了换挡控制策略.结合特定驾驶员意图,对升挡过程进行仿真.结果表明,该策略可以很好地反映驾驶意图,能够消除寄生功率,减小换挡时间、冲击度和滑摩功.因此,考虑寄生功率现象的模糊换挡控制策略可以实现动力不中断换挡,大大优化了换挡品质.
Abstract:
In order to improve shifting performance of the vehicle equipped with dual clutch transmission, with comprehensive consideration of performances including vehicle dynamic, life of dual clutches and comfort of driver and passengers, the coordination control during shifting process is studied. The dynamics model of the process was built and simulated, and the principle of parasitic power was analyzed, then the solution was proposed. On the basis of disengage clutch and engage clutch, fuzzy control theory was adopted. Taking throttle opening, speeds difference between driving and driven discs of dual clutches and their rates as inputs and taking disengage and engage speeds as outputs, the shifting control strategy was designed. Considering the intention of different drivers, the process of upshifting was simulated. It is concluded that the strategy can reflect driver intention, reduce parasitic power, and shorten shifting time, jerk and slip energy. Therefore, the fuzzy shifting control strategy which considers parasitic power can achieve power shifting and optimize shifting quality.
