摘要:
构建以水生植物(空心菜)单元、水生动物(三角帆蚌)单元及人工介质(微生物)单元组成的组合生态浮床.夏秋两季富营养水体净化实验显示,组合型生态浮床比普通水生植物浮床对NH+4-N,TN,CODMn平均去除效率的提高幅度:夏季水体交换时间5 d时分别为22.6%,13.3%,13.7%; 秋季水体交换时间7 d时分别为19.5%,15.5%,20.4%; 特别对Chl-a的去除,2个试验阶段分别为95.8%和84.1%,远高于植物浮床的66.5%和58.0%.三角帆蚌的滤食及持续消化作用与人工介质上高密度富集的微生物分解作用及水生植物的同化作用相互协同,共同提高了浮床对污染物的去除效果,表明合理的生物配置对提高浮床治理富营养化水体的效能具有积极的促进效应.
Abstract:
An integrated ecological floating bed was constructed with aquatic plants (Ipomea aquatica) unit, aquatic animals (Hyriopsis cumingii Lea) unit and artificial medium (microbiological) unit. Eutrophicated water purified experiments in both summer and autumn period have shown that in summer with 5d water exchange time, with respect to ordinary aquatic plants floating bed the increase amplitude of average removal efficiency of NH+4-N, TN, CODMn by the integrated ecological floating bed are 22. 6%, 13. 3%, 13. 7% respectively, and in autumn with 7 d exchange time are 19. 5%, 15. 5%, 20. 4% respectively. Especially for Chl-a removal, in these two periods the removal efficiency can reach 95. 8% and 84. 1% respectively. In contrast ordinary plant floating bed can only achieve 66. 5% and 58. 0% respectively. It shows that by reasonable biological configuration, the integrated ecological floating bed can improve the purifying effects remarkably.
