摘要:
为了解决在干线协调控制中,采用绿灯延长、红灯早断等方法实施公交优先可能破坏干线协调的交通流问题,提出了干线公交信号优先的2层优化方法,上层为干线协调控制,下层为公交优先控制.在干线协调层面,以检测器检测到的社会车辆流量数据优化公共周期、绿信比和相位差; 在公交优先层面,以协调相位绿波带上下限作为配时参数调整的约束条件,在不破坏协调相位绿波带的情况下采用绿灯延长或提前启亮方式为公交车提供信号优先; 建立了公交优先控制流程,确定了关键参数的计算方法.以长春市人民大街为例对算法进行了Vissim模拟验证.结果表明:实施该算法后,协调相位公交车辆延误和人均延误均有显著降低; 干线各交叉口总体车均延误略有增加,人均延误有一定的降低.
Abstract:
At arterial signal progression, offset and green wave band is accounted by the main social traffic flow. In this condition, green time extended or early start bus priority methods might interrupt signal progression. In order to solve the problem, a double-level design for bus priority system under arterial signal progression is presented in this paper. The upper level is progression control and the lower level is bus priority control. At progression control level, common cycle, green wave band and offset are optimized according to the data of car flow detector. At bus priority control level, upper and lower limits of coordination phase’ green wave are set as restrictions when adjusting parameters, green time extend and early start mode are adopted to achieve bus signal priority under the condition of signal coordination. Calculation methods of key parameter and total flow were established for bus signal priority. Taking Renmin Street as an example to validate the bus signal priority method in Vissim enviroment, the results show that when the method is implemented, bus delay and average person delay of coordinated phase decrease remarkably, car delay of all intersections increase slightly and person delay decreases.
