摘要:
通过浸渍法制备了Mo/TiO2,Mn-Mo/TiO2和Mo-Mn/TiO2三种催化剂,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测定(BET)、拉曼光谱(LRS)、原位红外(in situ FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等技术进行相关的微观表征分析.在模拟氨气选择性催化还原NO的反应条件下(NH3-SCR)对催化剂的脱硝反应活性进行了考察.结果表明,不同浸渍顺序添加锰氧化物后得到的催化剂能够提高NO的脱除效率,但是活性差别很大,其中催化剂Mn-Mo/TiO2的低温活性比较高,活性温度窗口窄,催化剂Mo-Mn/TiO2的高温活性比较高,活性温度窗口宽.模拟烟气中含有0.02%SO2(体积分数)时,催化剂Mn-Mo/TiO2和Mo/TiO2的NO转化率都有所下降,但是添加Mn可提高催化剂Mo/TiO2抗SO2毒性的能力.
Abstract:
A series of molybdenum-containing oxides supported on TiO2, Mo/TiO2, Mn-Mo/TiO2and Mo-Mn/TiO2catalysts, were prepared by impregnation method. These catalysts were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET(brunauer, emmett and teller) surface area, Laser Raman spectroscopy (LRS), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (in situ FT-IR). Their catalytic performance for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3(NH3-SCR)was investigated. It is found that the addition of manganese oxide increases the NO conversion of Mo/TiO2 catalysts while a big difference of catalytic activity is shown due to different impregnation orders of manganese oxide. Mn-Mo/TiO2 catalyst exhibits better performance at low temperature but within a narrow temperature range compared with the Mo-Mn/TiO2 sample. The introduction of 0. 02% SO2(volume ratio) in the simulated smog reduces the NO conversion of Mn-Mo/TiO2 and Mo/TiO2 catalysts apparently while the manganese-containing Mo/TiO2 catalyst possesses a stronger resistance to SO2.
