摘要:
提出了装配整体式钢筋混凝土大型板一种新的横向拼接节点构造,对9根新型横向连接预制板试件进行试验研究与承载力分析,量测并分析试件的荷载、挠度及应变,观测试件的裂缝发展情况和破坏过程.试件的破坏形态包括弯曲破坏、受剪破坏及轴向拉伸破坏等形式.试验表明,该新型横向连接节点连接可靠,具有良好的承载能力和延性.对新型横向连接节点的极限抗弯承载力、抗剪承载力以及受拉承载力进行了理论分析计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.
Abstract:
A new construction of the joints connecting the precast concrete large-scale slabs is proposed. Nine specimens with the new joints proposed by this paper were tested, and the bearing capacity was theoretically analyzed. Behavior of the tested specimens, including load carrying capacity, deflection, strain, crack width, failure process and mode etc. , were measured and analyzed. Failure modes of the slabs include bending failure, shearing failure, and tensing failure. From the test results, it can be concluded that by means of appropriate anchorage length, the new joints between superposed slabs can work very well and have good load carrying capacity and ductility. The bending capacity, shearing load and axial tensing capacity were theoretically analyzed and calculated and the results are verified by the test results.
