摘要:
根据目前国内外对山水环境复杂的新城用地没有形成统一的评价理论体系的现状,在空间功能分区方法的基础上,以南京浦口滨江新城为例,探讨了在生态、社会和经济等多因子影响下的城市用地适宜性分析的途径.具体阐述了评价单元的划分、评价指标选择与处理等技术方法,提出通过结合生态环境优先等价值导向的分类分析,将地域划分为各种类型区.并提出了依据用地适宜性分区进行城市用地布局和分区管制的基本途径.最后讨论了在关注适宜性环境的价值导向下,用地生态评价在中国城市新城建设中的意义和作用.
Abstract:
As the premise of the choice of urban land and space expansions, suitability evaluation of urban construction land for a new city spaces in landscape environment with complex natural conditions is more in need of research; however, up to now a unified system of assessment theory at home and abroad has not been formed. Based on the spatial function zoning method and Nanjing Pukou Riverside new city as the case, this article explored the way of urban spaces zoning suitability evaluation under the influence of multi-factors such as ecology, economy and society, described technical methods of the division of evaluation units, evaluation index selection and processing, and proposed that the region be divided into various types of areas by classification analysis of integrated ecological significance. And it proposed the basic path of urban space layout and zoning control based on land suitability zoning. Then the meaning and function of ecological suitability evaluation in Chinese new city construction was discussed in the ecological-oriented.
