摘要:
采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法研究了核电站常规岛主厂房的龙卷风荷载.首先,以圆柱体计算流域模拟龙卷风的风场,并采用雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程描述流域内的湍流运动,计算分析了龙卷风的速度分布和气压分布.计算结果与根据经典的兰金涡流模型得到的结果吻合良好,验证了该方法的可靠性.然后,对某核电站进行龙卷风风场的数值模拟,获得了常规岛主厂房在龙卷风作用下的风荷载参数.模拟结果表明,在龙卷风作用下,常规岛主厂房的风荷载主要表现为吸力,主厂房侧面的吸力较小,主厂房屋面处的吸力较大.CFD方法能够较好地模拟龙卷风对常规岛的风荷载作用.研究结果为核电常规岛项目的建设提供了技术支撑.
Abstract:
Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is employed to investigate tornado-induced wind loads on main powerhouse of conventional island in nuclear power plant. First, a cylindrical domain is used to simulate the field of tornado-induced wind, and the turbulent flow in the field is represented by Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations(RANS). The velocity distributions and the pressure distributions of tornadoes are studied. The computational results are in good agreements with the data obtained from the Rankine vortex model, indicating the effectiveness of the method. Then, the wind load parameters on main powerhouse of conventional island under tornado are obtained by numerical simulations. The simulation results show that tornado-induced wind loads on main powerhouse of conventional island in nuclear power plant are mainly negative. Wind loads on the wall are smaller than those on the roof. Therefore, CFD simulation is suitable for the accurate simulation of tornado-induced wind loads on nuclear power plant. The results provide a technical support for nuclear power projects.
