摘要:
采用不同温度和应力水平的动态蠕变试验,对AC-25,SUP-20,AC-16和SMA-13混合料的黏弹性特性展开系统研究,揭示永久变形与沥青混合料类型、应力水平、温度和时间的关系.试验证明,沥青混合料轴向应变和应变速率与加卸载次数均存在幂函数对应关系.通过计算,给出了相应回归幂函数方程中指数参数的参考取值范围.通过对试验数据的分析,得出了蠕变试验中混合料在轴向受力初始状态下应变响应是线性的结论.提出了试验中准确判断沥青混合料处于稳定期的方法,根据此方法判断出了不同温度与应力水平下4种混合料的变形稳定期,并建议应根据应变速率图形中拐点(流变点)出现的正确位置来判断混合料变形是否进入破坏期.采用轴向应变数据对4种混合料在2个温度水平下的修正Burgers模型进行了拟合计算,分析了试验温度变化对模型中黏弹性常数的影响.为准确判断沥青混合料变形的变化趋势,建议在试验中调整试验预压荷载水平,延长试验时间.
Abstract:
For systematically studying viscoelastic characteristics of AC-25, SUP-20, AC-16 and SMA-13 mixture,dynamic creep tests at different temperatures and stress levels were conducted to reveal the relationship between permanent deformation and asphalt mixture types, stress level, temperature and time. The tests prove that both the axial strain and the strain rate of asphalt mixtures have a power function relationship with the numbers of loading and unloading. The definite range of corresponding index parameters in regression power function equation is given by calculation. A conclusion is obtained by test data analysis that the strain response of mixture is considered to be linear at the first stage of axial loading. A method is put forward to judge whether the axial strain belongs to the stationary phase of deformation or not. The stationary phase of deformation of four mixtures at different temperatures and stress levels is judged by this method. It is suggested that whether the mixture deformation enters into damage period or not can be judged by the correct position of the inflection point(flow point)in strain rate graphs. Fitting calculation of the modified Burgers model about four types of asphalt mixtures with two temperature levels is completed using data of axial strain. The influence of change of test temperature on viscoelastic constants of the model is analyzed. Adjusting the preloading load level of the test and increasing test time are suggested in order to accurately judge the trend of asphalt mixtures deformation.
