摘要:
建立了润扬大桥斜拉桥和悬索桥钢箱梁的疲劳分析模型,以顶板纵肋厚度、横隔板间距和纵隔板设置为重点设计参数,详细考察了钢箱梁局部构造对焊接细节疲劳效应的影响规律.分析结果表明,纵隔板设置导致2座大桥的顶板-纵肋焊接细节的疲劳效应存在较大差异,而由于纵隔板设置和纵肋厚度导致纵肋对接焊接细节的疲劳效应存在显著差异.在此基础上进一步研究了桁架式纵隔板对2类焊接细节疲劳效应的影响范围.对于顶板-纵肋焊接细节,影响范围为以纵隔板-顶板节点为中心,顺、横桥向长度均为0.6 m的矩形分布区;而对于纵肋对接焊接细节,影响范围为以纵隔板的顺桥向截面为中心,宽度为0.6 m的长带状分布区.
Abstract:
Fatigue analytical models are established for steel box girders of the Runyang Cable-Stayed Bridge and the Suspension Bridge. Taking depth of deck plate, neighboring space of cross beam plate and configuration of longitudinal trusses as key design parameters, the influence of local structure of steel box girder on fatigue effects were investigated in detail. The analytical results show that the configuration of longitudinal trusses is the foremost factor conducing to remarkable difference of fatigue effect in rib-to-deck welded joints of two bridges. Whereas configuration of longitudinal trusses and depth of deck plate are two top factors influencing fatigue effect of rib-to-rib welded joints. Furthermore, the influence region of longitudinal trusses for rib-to-deck welded joint was studied and affirmed to be a square of 0.6 m×0.6 m. For rib-to-rib welded joint, the influence region is a longitudinal strap area with a width of 0.6 m.
