摘要:
为了在机械产品零部件的设计过程中给设计人员提供更高效的知识服务,提出了一种基于实例推理的快速设计方法.首先,在基于实例检索各属性相似度的计算研究中,建立了针对属性类型为确定数值、确定符号、模糊数值、模糊区间以及模糊符号等5种属性的相似度计算模型.然后,在权重系数分配的研究中,同时考虑了主观权重和基于相似度离差信息的客观权重,以乘法合成计算的组合权重来计算实例的全局相似度.最后,将相似度计算方法和权重分配方法应用到数控刀架设计实例中,结合Matlab软件中的矩阵计算功能,从数据库中检索出与新设计实例最相似的实例.结果表明,针对5种属性类型所提出的全局相似度及权重系数的分配对实例的检索更精确,有助于设计人员达到快速设计的目的.
Abstract:
In order to provide more efficient knowledge service for the design process of mechanical products, a rapid design method based on case-based reasoning is proposed. First, the similarity calculation models for five attribute types including crisp number, crisp symbol, fuzzy number, fuzzy interval and fuzzy linguistic symbol are structured based on the calculation of similarities of different attributes in case retrieval. Then, in terms of the distribution of weight coefficients, the subjective weight and the objective weight which is based on the deviation information of similarity values are combined to form synthetic weight and used to calculate the global similarity of instances. Finally, the similarity measurement and weight assignment methods are applied in a CBR(case-based reasoning)system based CNC(computer numerical control)turret design. By the matrix calculation function of Matlab, the most similar instance to this new design instance is retrieved from the instance database. The results show that the global similarity of these five attribute types and the distribution of weight coefficients can improve the accuracy of case retrieval, which helps designers to achieve the goal of rapid design.
