摘要:
为定量评价城市结点对外交通模式的合理性,考虑路网均衡状态下的出行成本、路网容量和服务水平等因素,提出了一种改进的路网效率测度指标.应用该指标构造测试路网,分析了不同交通量水平、不同对外交通需求结构下城市结点对外交通组织模式的适用性.研究表明:在城市内部路网富余通行能力不大的情况下,当干线公路交通量小于750 pcu/h时,干线公路可直接接入内部道路系统;当干线公路交通量在750~2 000 pcu/h且主要为出入境交通时,宜将对外交通引入城市结点快速干道系统,通过快速干道系统集中组织对外交通;当干线公路交通量大于2 000 pcu/h且存在较为集中的过境交通时,宜设置直接式过境通道分离过境交通.所提出的路网效率测度指标和研究结果对城市结点对外交通组织方案的决策具有指导意义.
Abstract:
For quantitatively evaluating the rationality of organization mode of external traffic in city area, a new measurement for road network efficiency is proposed under consideration of travel costs of equilibrium networks, and the capacity and service level of road networks. By the suggested measurement, a test road network is built and the applicability of organization mode of external traffic in city area is analyzed under different traffic levels and various external traffic demand structures. The results indicate that the arterial highway can be directly joined to the internal road system when its traffic is less than 750 pcu/h and the spare capacity of urban road network is not big. The external traffic should be led into the express road system in city area for the centralized organization when the traffic on the arterial highway is 750 to 2 000 pcu/h and mainly composed of internal-external trips. In addition, a direct through route should be set up to separate through traffic if the traffic on the arterial highway is more than 2 000 pcu/h and contains a large proportion of external-external trips. The proposed measurement for road network efficiency and the research results are of guiding significance to the scheme decision of external traffic organization in city area.
