摘要:
为了促进非通勤活动的慢行交通出行,从居住区公共设施的规划布局对慢行出行偏好影响入手,提出公共设施布局规划模式和规划指标建议.选取了公共设施沿街布置、成片布置和混合布置的3种典型居住小区,对居民非通勤活动慢行出行行为和公共服务设施布置的相关性进行了研究.结果表明:混合布置的居住区居民慢行出行偏好最高,成片布置的居住区居民慢行出行偏好最低;公共设施布局对日均1次及以上的活动慢行出行影响程度最大,对平均2~3周1次的活动慢行出行影响程度最小.合理的公共设施布局能够促进居民在非通勤活动中采用慢行交通出行,对居住区公共设施“大集中,小分散”布置提出定性定量规划建议指标.
Abstract:
In order to promote slow traffic in non-commuting activities, the effect of the public facility layout on the non-commuting slow traffic trip is focused on, and the recommendations in the public facility layout form and planning indicators are presented. Three typical residential areas of along-street, centralized and mixed forms of public facility layout are selected to study. The correlation between the public facility layout form and the non-commuting slow traffic travel behavior is studied. The results show that the mixed form of public facility layout can promote slow traffic proportion in non-commuting activities and the centralized form of public facility layout has a lowest slow traffic proportion. The impact of the public facility layout on the slow traffic trip is the greatest when the activity frequency is more than once a day, and is the least when the activity frequency is less than once every two or three weeks. Reasonable layout of public facility can promote slow traffic in non-commuting activities. Some qualitative and quantitative indicators of the “large centralized, small dispersed” public facility layout form are proposed.
