摘要:
在硬核界定的基础上,从我国典型特大城市中心区的分析入手,通过大量基础条件相近的中心区案例的量化进行比较研究,揭示了中心区圈核结构发展演化的深层次规律.研究从3个方面展开:硬核的规模分析,包括主亚核用地比重关系及主核圈层的厚度分析;空间分布模型,包括硬核重心研究、主亚核的空间关系及空间模型;空间整体效率,包括硬核的等级差、聚集度、容积率、平均高度、街区面积等.在此基础上,分析圈核结构模式中硬核的特征指标,并分析其与城市中心区的土地价值、规划布局的关系,对其进行综合评价及分级,据此建立基于圈核结构模式的城市硬核区空间布局理想图式.
Abstract:
On the basis of the definition of hardcore, through the analysis of typical urban central district, a large number of domestic central district with similar basic conditions are quantitatively compared, which reveals the deep-level evolution laws of circle-core structure model. Research includes three aspects: hardcore scale analysis, including the proportion of main and sub cores, and the thickness of main core spheres; the spatial distribution mode, including the center of gravity, the spatial relationship and the space mode of main and sub cores; the overall spatial efficiency, including hierarchical difference, degree of aggregation, floor area ratio, average height, and block area of hardcore. On this basis, the characteristic indices of hardcore of circle-core structure mode are analyzed. Moreover, the relationships between hardcore and land value and layout in urban central district are analyzed. Comprehensive evaluation and classification are conducted. Accordingly, an ideal mode of hardcore district based on the circle-core structure mode is established.
