摘要:
针对超临界机组协调控制系统具有强耦合以及存在大量不可测扰动等特点,提出一种基于解耦和扰动观测器的动态矩阵控制方案.首先对被控对象进行动态解耦,降低各通道间的耦合作用;然后对广义被控对象各主对角线通道分别进行扰动观测器设计,用于估计扰动的大小,并对多变量动态矩阵控制输出进行补偿.以基于Modelica语言建立的600 MW超临界机组协调控制系统作为研究对象,仿真结果表明,该控制方案具有良好的抗扰性能,克服了常规DOBDMC抑制扰动时DOB产生的过度补偿作用,有效抑制了由变量耦合及不可测扰动的影响,从而提高了系统抑制扰动的能力.
Abstract:
A decoupling and disturbance observer(DOB)based dynamic matrix control(DMC)scheme is proposed to handle the strong coupling effects and immeasurable disturbances of the boiler-turbine coordinated system in the supercritical power plant. In order to eliminate the coupling effects, dynamic decoupling is first carried out in the controlled plant. Then DOBs are designed for each main diagonal channel of the generalized object to estimate the disturbances and compensate for the DMC output. The model of a 600 MW supercritical unit based on Modelica is established as the research object.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme has good disturbance resistance ability, which can overcome the effects of the excessive compensation generated by DOB in the conventional DOBDMC method, and restrain the issues of coupling effects and immeasurable disturbances. Therefore, the ability of restraining disturbance of the system is improved.
