摘要:
为了得到嵌入式双排孔抗剪连接件极限承载力的计算公式,设计了3类嵌入式单、双排孔抗剪连接件推出试件. 研究了不同开孔位置和结合钢筋对嵌入式抗剪连接件极限承载力的影响;利用有限元法,分析了钢板厚度、混凝土尺寸、混凝土强度、贯穿钢筋直径、开孔直径、开孔间距、孔的竖向位置等因素对嵌入式双排孔抗剪连接件极限承载力的影响. 结果表明:相比于双排孔设置于波折板折板位置的嵌入式双排孔抗剪连接件,双排孔设置于波折板直板位置的嵌入式双排孔抗剪连接件的极限承载力更大;双排孔抗剪连接件中双排混凝土销的抗剪极限承载力为单排孔抗剪连接件混凝土销极限抗剪承载力的1.3倍.
Abstract:
To obtain the formula for the ultimate capacity of the embedded shear connectors with double row holes, three kinds of specimen of the embedded shear connectors with single or double row holes were designed. The effects of different hole locations in the folded plate and combined reinforcement on the ultimate capacity of the embedded shear connectors were studied. By using the finite element method, the influences of the plate thickness, the size of concrete, the strength of concrete, the diameter of the penetrated reinforcement, the diameter of the hole, the distance of the hole, and the vertical position of the hole on the ultimate capacity of the embedded shear connectors with double row holes were researched. The results show that the ultimate capacity of the embedded shear connector with double row hole set in the position of the flat plate of the corrugated plate is larger than that with double row hole set in the position of the folded plate of the corrugated plate. The ultimate capacity of the double rows concrete pin of the embedded shear connector with double row holes is 1.3 times of that of the concrete pin of the embedded shear connector with single row hole.
