摘要:
为研究沥青混合料试件成型形状对APA车辙试验的影响,采用2种沥青和3种级配制备了6种类型的沥青混合料,利用轮碾法和SGC旋转压实法分别制作了空隙率为4%和7%的梁式试件和圆柱体试件.对不同形状试件的力学响应进行了有限元分析,并通过室内试验研究了沥青混合料试件成型的形状和空隙率对APA车辙深度的影响.结果表明:在APA车辙试验中,梁式试件和圆柱体试件的力学响应基本一致,且采用圆柱体试件时APA车辙试验的平行性和复现性更好;采用空隙率为4%和7%的圆柱体进行APA车辙试验时,前者的复现性更优.因此,推荐APA车辙试验采用SGC旋转压实法制备的空隙率为4%的圆柱体试件.
Abstract:
In order to study the effects of specimen molding of asphalt mixture on APA(asphalt pavement analyzer)rutting tests, two kinds of asphalt binder and three kinds of aggregate gradation were selected to prepare six kinds of asphalt mixture, and the beam specimens and cylinder specimens with the air voids of 4% and 7% were molded by using the wheel-grind method and the SGC(superpave gyratory compactor)rotary compaction method, respectively. The finite element analysis was conducted to reveal the mechanical responses of asphalt mixture with different shapes, and the indoor tests were carried out to study the effects of the molding shape and air void of asphalt mixture specimen on the APA rutting depth. The results show that the mechanical responses of the cylinder specimens are almost same with those of the beam specimens in the APA rutting tests, and the parallelism and reproducibility of the APA rutting tests with the cylinder specimens is better. The reproducibility of the APA rutting tests with the cylinder specimens with the air void of 4% is better than that with the air void of 7%. Therefore, the cylinder specimens with the air void of 4% by using the SGC rotary compaction method are recommend for the APA rutting tests.
