摘要:
为提供一种全天候路面坑槽修补材料,采用多种矿质黏土和3种稀释剂制备冷补沥青混合料.通过标准马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、低温和易性试验、冻融劈裂试验和车辙试验等室内试验,系统地研究了冷补沥青混合料的路用性能.结果表明,稀释剂对冷补沥青混合料的马歇尔强度和低温和易性具有一定影响.加入重油可以提高混合料的马歇尔强度,但是重油的加入量过多则会影响混合料的低温和易性,因此,将柴油-重油作为最佳稀释剂.矿质黏土制备的冷补沥青混合料路用性能良好,马歇尔强度不小于4.43 kN,残留稳定度不小于85%,冻融劈裂强度比大于80%,动稳定度大于907.781次/mm.矿质黏土改性沥青的过程仅为物理混合过程,加入矿质黏土后沥青表面呈现不规则波状结构.
Abstract:
In order to provide a kind of all-weather pavement road pothole patching material, a variety of mineral clays and three kinds of diluent were used to prepare the cold patch asphalt mixture. The pavement performance of the cold patching asphalt mixture were systematically studied by using laboratory tests such as the standard Marshall test, Marshall immersion test, low temperature workability test, freeze-thaw splitting test, rutting test and so on. The results show that the diluent has a great influence on the Marshall strength and the low temperature workability. The addition of heavy oil can improve the Marshall strength of the cold patch asphalt mixture. However, too much heavy oil affects the low temperature workability of the cold patch asphalt mixture. Therefore, the diesel-heavy oil is adopted to be the optimum diluent. The cold patch asphalt mixture prepared by mineral clays has high road performance with the Marshall stability of not less than 4.43 kN, the residual stability of not less than 85%, the freeze-thaw splitting strength of more than 80%, and the dynamic stability of more than 907.781 times/mm. Mineral clays and asphalt are only physically mixed. After the addition of mineral clays, an irregular wavy structure can be observed.
