摘要:
综合应用多种感性工学研究方法从国电南自现有平台产品族设计中来推导出可用产品族DNA.首先,依照企业专家组意见从现有产品族中选取代表性样本,在进行态度倾向预测试的基础上选取了42名研究生进行主观评分测试,运用多种统计方法来推导遗传因子.然后,在微观视角中应用FSA法和Delphi法归纳出产品族显性DNA遗传因子, 在宏观视角下应用SD法推导出产品族隐性DNA遗传因子.最后,将归纳出的显性及隐形遗传因子在新一代平台产品设计实践中应用和检验,为新平台产品族设计提供了可行性指导.该方法具有通用性,可推广应用到一般性软、硬件控制界面的产品识别设计中.
Abstract:
Multiple Kansei engineering research methods were used on the current product platform of Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd to derive usable product family DNA. First, the representative samples were selected from the current product family according to the views of expert group of the enterprise. Based on the pre-test of attitude preference, 42 graduate students were chosen to participate in the subjective score tests, and then several statistical methods were applied to derive the genetic factors. Then,the dominant genes were extracted by the FSA(form syntactic analysis)and Delphi methods from the micro perspective, while the recessive genes were extracted by the SD method from the macro perspective. Finally, the dominant and recessive DNA factors were applied and tested in the design of the new generation of products platform, which provides a feasible guidance for the design of the new platform. The proposed method can be generalized to the general product identity design of hardware and software interfaces.
