摘要:
为了快速响应客户对产品造型风格的需求,提出了以风格意象认知需求驱动造型设计特征推理的方法.结合自然语言处理的方法和主成分分析法提取客车造型风格关键语义特征,并采用里克特7点量表对风格描述数据进行离散化表达.通过眼动追踪测试实验提取了客车造型关键几何特征.在构建产品造型关键几何特征线原型方阵的基础上,建立了客车造型意象认知-设计特征之间的映射机制和推理方法.客车改型设计实例分析结果表明,这种基于意象认知的设计方法能够满足客户对产品造型风格的感性需求,较以往主观经验性设计模式具有更强的针对性和指导性.
Abstract:
To quickly respond to customer’s demands of product styling, a method was proposed to drive the proceeding of coach designing features based on image cognition. The key semantic features of coach styling were extracted according to the natural language processing method and the principal component analysis methods. And then Likert 7 point scale was used to describe the date of the coach style. Through the eye tracking test experiment, the key geometric features of coach were extracted. On the basis of constructing the prototype square matrix of the key geometric features, the mapping mechanism and the reasoning method for the “image cognition—design feature” were established. The analysis results of the retrofit design example show that the design method based on image cognition can satisfy emotional demands of the product style. Compared with previous subjective empirical design modes, the design method is more targeted and instructive.
