摘要:
为了提高界面设计的合理性以及评估结果的准确性,以眼动追踪为实验手段,结合软件工程领域的质量评估模型,开发了一个面向数字界面的质量评估模型.首先,基于对界面功能的分析,优化出4个质量特性作为第一层次评估指标,分别为情感吸引性、设计复杂性、交互高效性、认知负荷大小;然后,由模型的质量特性推导出质量子特性,进而确定出6个质量子特性以及若干度量指标,分别将其作为第二、第三层次的评估指标.基于此,构建了一套多维、多层次的数字界面评价体系.最终,通过基于任务的F-18战斗机显控界面实验,实现对战斗机显控界面客观综合的评估.评估结果表明,提出的评价模型能有效提高界面评估结果的可靠性.
Abstract:
To improve the rationality of the interface design and the evaluation accuracy, combining eye tracking and the quality assessment model from the field of software engineering, a digital interface quality evaluation model is proposed. First, based on the analysis of the interface function, four quality characteristics are achieved and considered as the first level evaluation indices. These quality characteristics are attractiveness, complexity of design, efficiency of interaction, and cognitive load. Then, six child quality characteristics and some metric elements are identified by mining the model’s quality characteristics, which are classified as the second and the third level evaluation indices. Therefore, a multidimensional and multilevel evaluation model based on the digital interface is established. Finally, a comprehensive assessment of the aircraft display interface was achieved by the experiment of F-18 aircraft display interface based on tasks. The evaluation results demonstrate that the model can effectively improve the reliability of interface evaluation results.
