摘要:
为探究沥青混凝土基础结构(ACS)在高速铁路无砟轨道的应用前景,提出了一种环氧沥青混凝土基础结构(EACS),并开展EACS动力响应与设计研究.首先,借鉴CRTS-Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道和公路沥青路面的设计指标,建立EACS评价指标体系;然后,数值模拟了高速列车荷载下EACS结构的动力响应,确定EACS结构的设计指标要求;最后,借鉴环氧沥青混凝土在钢桥面铺装中的应用经验和CRTS-Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道沥青混凝土防水层SAMI的设计要求,对EACS用环氧沥青混合料进行材料设计,以评价ACS结构在高速铁路无砟轨道轨下基础中的适用性.研究结果表明,所设计的环氧沥青混凝土能够满足高速铁路轨下基础结构的使用要求,EACS层厚度宜取35 cm.
Abstract:
To study the application prospect of the asphalt concrete substructure(ACS)for the ballastless track of high-speed railway, an epoxy asphalt concrete substructure(EACS)was proposed, and the dynamic response and design of EACS were investigated. First, the evaluation index system of the EACS was established according to the index systems of the CRTS-Ⅰslab ballastless track and the asphalt pavement. Secondly, the dynamic responses of the EACS under the high-speed train loading were simulated, and the design requirements of the EACS were determined. Finally, referring to the application experience of epoxy asphalt mixture in steel bridge pavement and the design requirements of the surface asphalt mixture impermeable(SAMI)layer for the CRTS-Ⅰslab ballastless track, the epoxy asphalt mixture for the EACS was designed, and the applicability of the ACS in the ballastless track of high-speed railway was evaluated. The research results show that the designed EACS can meet the operating requirements of the high-speed railway substructure, and the appropriate thickness of the EACS is 35 cm.
