摘要:
为了给正交异性钢桥面板各构造参数的抗疲劳设计提供理论参考,以泰州大桥钢箱梁标准梁段为研究对象,建立钢箱梁参数化有限元模型.以焊缝疲劳性能为目标,提出了基于BP神经网络与遗传算法相结合的构造参数优化方法,进行了车载作用、车载-温度共同作用下钢箱梁构造参数的最优设计分析.结果表明,三层神经网络预测模型客观地反映了正交异性钢桥面板主要构造参数与焊缝等效应力幅的对应关系,模型预测结果与ANSYS分析结果高度吻合,最大相对误差不超过5%.车辆荷载对于钢箱梁构造参数优化结果影响较大.温度作用对于钢箱梁顶板厚度和U肋开口尺寸2个参数的优化结果影响较大,尤其是对于普通车道钢箱梁焊缝疲劳性能的影响较大.
Abstract:
To provide a theoretical reference for fatigue design of structural parameters of orthotropic steel bridge deck, the standard section of the steel box girder of Taizhou bridge was taken as a research object, and a parametric finite element model of the steel box girder was established. Aiming at the fatigue performance of the orthotropic steel deck welds, the structural parameter optimization method based on the combination of BP neural network and genetic algorithm was proposed, and the design analysis on structural parameter optimization of steel box girder under the vehicle loads and the joint action of vehicle-temperature was carried out. The results demonstrate that the three layer neural network prediction model objectively reflect the corresponding relationship between the main structural parameters of the orthotropic steel bridge deck and the equivalent stress amplitudes of the welds. The prediction results of the model are in good agreement with the ANSYS analysis results, and the maximum relative error is not more than 5%. The optimization results of the steel box girder structural parameter are influenced by the vehicle loads. Two optimization results for the deck thickness and the opening size of U-rib are greatly influenced by the temperature. Especially for the ordinary lane, the temperature has a great effect on the fatigue performance for the welds in the steel box girders.
