摘要:
为了有效提取与补偿光纤陀螺的振动信号,针对振动混合信号的分解问题,围绕掩膜信号的频率和幅值这2个关键参数,提出了一种改进的掩膜EMD算法.通过分析掩膜信号与包络线和中心线的关系,得到了掩膜信号频率的理论最优值,其值可通过迭代分解第1个IMF获得.为了获得掩膜信号的最优幅值,利用粒子群(PSO)算法对幅值进行寻优.对于提取到的振动信号,以支持向量机(SVM)作为建模算法,历史振动信号作为模型参数,通过所建模型预测光纤陀螺的振动信号,从而实现了光纤陀螺振动信号的实时提取与补偿.研究结果表明,改进的掩膜EMD能够有效地提取有用信号,减少虚假模态的生成;光纤陀螺振动信号实时补偿后的陀螺零偏和随机游走等指标下降了1个数量级以上.
Abstract:
In order to extract and compensate the vibration signal of fiber optic gyroscope(FOG), aiming at the decomposition of vibration mixed signals and the two key parameters of frequency and amplitude of the masking signal, an improved empirical mode decomposition(EMD)algorithm with masking signal is proposed. By analyzing the relationship between the mask signal and envelope and center line, the theoretical optimal value of the mask signal frequency is obtained by iteratively decomposing the first intrinsic mode function(IMF). To obtain the optimal amplitude of the masking signal, the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is employed to optimize the amplitude. For the extracted vibration signal, the support vector machine(SVM)is used as the modeling algorithm, the historical vibration signals are used as the model parameters, and the vibration signal of FOG is predicted by the established model. Thus, the real-time extraction and compensation of the vibration signal of FOG are realized. The results show that the improved EMD with the masking signal can effectively extract useful signals and reduce the generation of false modes, and the gyroscope zero bias and random walk after real-time compensation of FOG vibration signals are reduced by more than one order of magnitude.
