摘要:
为提高ASTM试验方法测试路面材料比热容的精确度,设计了一种基于智能数据采集系统的路面材料比热容测试方法——改进圆柱体试样法.采用ASTM法和改进圆柱体试样法对标准黄铜试件的比热容进行对比研究,并基于改进圆柱体试样法对美国4个州的路面材料比热容进行测试.试验结果表明,改进圆柱体试样法的试验时间较ASTM法减少10 min,多次重复试验结果的标准差仅为ASTM法的1/2,A类不确定度和相对误差也低于ASTM法,试验结果可信度较高.
Abstract:
To improve the accuracy of the specific heat capacity of pavement materials using testing procedure of American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM), a testing method for the specific heat capacity of pavement materials based on an intelligent data acquisition system, the improved cylindrical sample geometry testing method, was proposed. The specific heat capacities of electrolytic copper using as a specific heat standard were measured by the ASTM testing method and the improved cylindrical sample geometry testing method, respectively. The specific heat capacities of pavement materials from four states in USA were also studied by the proposed method. The results show that the test time of the optimization testing method is 10 minutes shorter than that of the ASTM testing method. The standard deviation of the repeated testing results of the optimization testing is only half of that of the ASTM testing. The type A uncertainty and the relative error of test results of the optimization testing are also lower than that of the ASTM testing method. The optimization testing method has high reliability.
