摘要:
电阻应变片传感器是目前在测力仪中使用最多的一种电测元件。但关于应变片的布片与接桥方法,目前看法还不一致,对于同一结构形式的测力仪,布片数量往往相差很多。本文对电阻应变片传感器的测量原理、应变片的布片与接桥对电桥灵敏度的影响进行了综合分析。并对目前八角环台式铣削测力仪及八角环式车削测力仪存在的几种不同布片方法进行了分析对比。
Abstract:
Strain-gage transducers have been widely used as measuring elements in machine-tool dynamometers. But there is no agreement on the methods of strain-gage distribution and bridge connetion. For dynamometers of the same construction, the number of strain-gages and their distribution may differ greatly. This article discusses the effects of strain-gage distribution and bridge connection on sensitivity of the bridge. Existing methods of gage distribution for dynamometers of the octagonal ring table type and that of the octagonal ring type used in turning and milling are analyzed.
