摘要:
本文给出了缓变截面开式谐振腔的数值计算方法,并对计算中的某些重要问题进行了分析。结果表明,绕射品质因素Q_d的计算值与绕射输出口后的传输波导的长度无关。实验测试的谐振频率与计算值的相对误差小于0.1%;Q_d值的相对误差约为10%。所测场的纵向分布与计算值的一致性甚好。
Abstract:
In this paper, a method of numerical calculation for open resonators with a slowly varying section is given. Some important problems in this numerical method are discussed. One of the results that the calculated value of diffraction quality factor is independent on the length of output waveguide. Comparison with measured resuhs shows that the relative error of resonance frequency is less than 0.1%, and that of Q_d value is about 10%. Agreement between the measured and calculated field-distributions is excellent.
