摘要:
本文运用以模态柔度和能量分布为依据的结构动力学分析方法,对一台万能外圆磨床的砂轮架进行分析研究,将砂轮架取为具有集中参数的三自由度振动系统。分析计算得到的共振频率与机床激振试验测得的数据比较接近。通过结构动力学分析得出的结论也同机床激振试验后作出的结论基本一致。
Abstract:
In this paper the wheel head of an universal cylindrical grinding machine is analyed by the analytical method of structural dynamics which is based on computaisons of modal flexibility and energy distribution. The wheel head is represented by a lumped-parameter model of the vibratory system with three degrees of freedom. Resonant frequencies given by the theoretical analysis coincide essentially with the experimental results of the excitation tests. The conclusions obtained from the analysis of structural dynamics agree with those from the excitaion tests.
