摘要:
本文采用试验设计、方差分析等数理统计方法,研究了承载能力、气压、气垫结构等因素对导轨静刚度的影响。找出了气垫结构对静刚度的影响最为显著的结果并得到了各参数的较好水平组合,对提高导轨静刚度,改善工作台的精度和平稳性具有重要作用。
Abstract:
In this paper mathematical statistics methods such us experimetal design and analysis of variance are used to investigate the effect of loading capability, air pressure and the structure of air substrate etc. on the static rigidity of guide rails. We have found that the construction of air substrate gives the greatest effect on the statie rigidity. A. betterlevel combination of diffrent parametershas been obtained, whieh plays an important role in raising static rigidity of guide rails and improving accuracy and steadiness of the table.
