摘要:
本文介绍了采用管式静电除尘器净化含铅烟气的研完成果。本文对黄丹的化学物理性质做了全面的分析,并研究了黄丹的温度和烟气速度与比电阻的关系,指出温度与速度对效率的影响,从而寻找出最佳的工艺条件,试验的净化效率大多数情况下可达98%。
Abstract:
The cleaning of lead fume by method of pipe-type electrostatic precipitator is described in this paper. The chemical and physical properties of lead-yellow are overall analyzed and relationship between the temperature and flowing speed of lead fume as well as the specific resistance is investigated. The research work indicates the effect of temperature and speed oh efficiency and the optimum technical condition is obtained. In many cases the cleaning efficiency may reach 98%.
