Abstract:
In this paper, a mathematical model of the sensor is proposed on the basis of its operating conditions, and the characteristics of the sensor are analysed in detail. The applicability of the instrument and the principle for sensor design are also given. Experiments show that the measured results are consistent with analysis and calculation in terms of this mathematical model with the error less than 5%. It is concluded that this model can be us used as a base for the design and manufacture of this type of sensors.
