摘要:
本文研究由连杆参数公差和运动副间隙所产生的空间机构运动误差的随机性问题。通过引进“间隙特征要素”和“间隙空间”的概念,建立了常见运动副的随机模型,并作了概率分析。文中给出的间隙特征要素的独立变量的抽样公式,可用于对运动误差进行蒙特卡罗模拟,研究其统计特征和分布规律。
Abstract:
This paper deals with the random problem of the kinematic errors in a spatial linkage due to the aberrations in the linkage parameters and the clearances in the joints. The stochastic models of the usual joints are established through introducing the concepts of "clearanee characteristic element" and "clearance space", and the probobility analysis is made. The sampling fomulas of the independent variables of the clearance characteristic elements are further deduced. Through Monte Carlo simulation, the numerical characteristics and distribution of the kinematic errors are then analysed.
