摘要:
本文介绍了微波单片集成电路(MMIC)的应用背景和潜在市场,以及国外发展动态。提出了为开发我国MMIC技术的几点建议。
Abstract:
In this paper, the application background, potential market and the state of the art abroad of microwave monolithic integrated circuits are reviewed. Some proposals for developing MMIC in china are also given.
