摘要:
本文介绍用扫描电子显微镜配合波谱和能谱分析,研究石灰石、白云石等炉内脱硫剂的显微结构、钙镁分布以及反应产物层微区硫元素的线、面分布规律,并将所得反应层厚度与热量分析法测得的反应层厚度及其随二氧化硫浓度的变化进行比较,为深入了解脱硫剂炉内脱硫的机理、传质过程和变化规律提供了较直观的科学依据,并可用来检验炉内脱硫数学模型的正确性,指明数学模型改进的方向.
Abstract:
In order to find out the mechanism of desulphuization and mass transfer process,the microstructure of sorbents in bed,the distribution of Calcium and Magnesium and the line-area distribution of sulphur element for a tiny zone in reaction product layer are investigated by the use of the scanning electronic microscope and the wave-energy spcctrum analysis.The reaction thickness and its variation with SO_2 concentration obtained is compared with that measured by thermogravimetric analysis.The relatively audio-visual scientific basis for better understanding the desulphurization mechanism,mass transfer process and their variation regularities are provided.
