摘要:
本文在利用单向凝固技术制备出组织规则的Bi/MnBi共晶自生复合材料的基础上,分析了共晶MnBi相的微观形貌。通过计算MnBi相晶体结构中各晶面原子密度,确定(1120)面和(1010)Mn(MnBi)面分别是晶体的原子最密排面和次密排面。由此分析了共晶MnBi纤维V形截面及有关金相形貌的成因.
